 Numbers of the meals are provided as per the tour itinerary / voucher. In an event that the client misses any meals offered t o him, then no claimscan be made for the missed meals.? We have taken care to select comfortable hotels. We recommend a maximum of 3 adults per room and in most case triple rooms ar e usually notlarge than twin / double rooms and in most case a roll away bed if offered to the 3 rd adult.

 It is expressed that a child below 12 years of age sharing a room with the parents will not be provided an extra bed unless a s mentioned beforethe travel by paying a special rate.? We use air conditioned / air cooled coaches and operate on daily seat rotation on coaches If you are carrying any cash / high value items werecommended not to leave them behind on the coach when you leave the coach. We will not be liable in care of loss of such ite ms from coach.

 We are travel & holiday organizers only. We do not have control on any airlines or Coach Company. We cannot be responsible fo r any cancellation& loss or damage of good which is caused by the act default of the management or default of the management of the employees o f any hoteliersor airlines.

 All clients traveling on the tours must be in position of relevant valid visas. It is entirely at the discretion of the consu lar / concerned authorities togrant or reject a visa even after submitting all relevant documents.

 The tour will be conformed subject to minimum no. of passengers. If the minimum no. of passengers are less than required the tour may becancelled / merged or postponed. The same shall be intimated well in advance.

 We recovered the unconditional right to reuse or terminate a booking in the event of unreasonable behavior of a passenger at any time.

 We shall be no circumstance be liable to the client for any over stay expenses due to the delay changes in the air bus or tra in cancellations

 It shall be the duty of the client to inform us in advance in case the client has any medical condition that may affect his a bility to enjoy the tourarrangement.? Balance amount should be paid 30 days prior to commencement of journey.

 Journey fares are subject to change without prior notice.

 Ram Krishna travels Pvt Ltd do not accepts any responsibilities for delay or change, missed connection, political disturbance , strike, war. Naturalcalamities, injury, death, sickness, accident, theft, consequential lass or expenses borne by the passengers

 Payment Policy will be follow strictly at the time of booking and after the booking.

 The check in time at all hotels is 1500 Hrs. and check out is at 1200 Hrs.

 Breakfast is not available on the day of check in. the number of breakfast will be the same as the number of nights’ accommod ation.

 Breakfast in Europe means cold breakfast (Still differ from place to place). Some hotels put raw fruits some put cut fruits. Some places bakeryitems. NO INDIAN BREAKFAST OR TEA AVAILABLE. Take Away Breakfast from the hotel may attract charges by the hotels.

 Coach in Europe does not work for more than 12 HRS a day. So please maintain the timing in a group as delay will result into overtime to thedriver from tour manager’s salary.? Day of arrival will be hectic. Second day onwards it will be comfortable.

 Advance amount paid is neither refundable nor transferable in any situation.

 Please ensure that there are no damages done to your hotel room during your stay, since the same would be charged to you dire ctly by the hotel.

 Most of the hotels in Europe are Non-Air conditioned & Centrally Temperature Controlled.

 The hotels in Europe will be given outside the city area. However the transfers for the sightseeing and the meals will be ava ilable.

 While checking into the hotels, please wait in the lobby or coach as advised by the Tour Manager / representative. Crowding n ear him would onlydelay the check-in process.

 Cooking of any kind is not permitted in hotel rooms and hotels may levy a heavy fine for the same.

 Tea Kettle to be carried as the same is not available in any of the hotels.

 In case there are requests for adjoining/ adjacent/interconnecting rooms, the Tour Manager/Hotel Staff will do their best to arrange the same.However, there is no guarantee that the same will be available.

 In some hotels, there may be facilities like mini bar, pay television etc. These are not complimentary and you will be charge d by the hotel directly.

 We do not take any guarantee for any loss of baggage or any valuable.

 The visa is not guaranteed. In case of rejection the necessary cancelations will be applicable and shall be borne by the resp ective passengers.Company is not liable for the same.

 Please understand one thing that you are on a group tour, hence timings needs to be respected. Tour Manager will have right t o leave the familieswho are regularly late to avoid any inconvenience to the other group members.

 It’s a Group tour so it will be hectic & Road travel will be there.

 If any issues during to tour shall be inform to us on the same day or next day. Any issues after the tour will not be enterta ined.

 All images in the itinerary are internet images & actual will be different.

 We are a tour operator so any shut down of any airlines are not our responsibility. So any cost escalation due to airline cha nges will be borne bythe guest.

 Any Guest getting Covid Positive during the tour will not be our responsibility. All the expenses for quarantine will be on guest’s accounts only.
